For longer or more professional sessions, put on the vest and mount the Merlin 2 to the support arm, which will then not only carry the weight, but boost production quality even more!
The vest and arms will also handle some regular Steadicam sleds, simply by swapping the angled mounting pin for a straight one (available from pro video shops). In fact, I used this same type of vest with a Pilot sled, before moving up to a pro-level Steadicam rig.
It's in excellent, pretty-much-new condition, I've used it a couple of times but the Pilot rig is more appropriate for what I'm doing, I and can only wear one at a time . . .
