This is a new old stock Bendix power steering control valve, manufactured some time in the early 1980s. I’m not sure if this is a new part or remanufactured, but I believe it is new. This fits 1967-1970 Ford Mustang and Mercury Cougar. This is a quality American made part, not like the cheap low quality overseas parts-store garbage being sold today.
