We have a part-time, 10 hours/week opening for a Groundskeeper. No Winters!
Under the supervision and at the direction of the Property Manager, performs groundskeeping duties
Duties (excerpt from general duties for this position)
• Mow lawn
• Rake, mulch, prune and trim trees and bushes
• Weed control
• Landscape cleanup
• Apply chemicals; pesticide, fertilizer, etc. as needed
• Water grass and plants
• Perform minor repairs relating to groundskeeping equipment
• Plant flowers, grass, shrubs and bushes to enhance the property
• Sweep walkways
• Other tasks as assigned by Property Manager
The requirements listed below are representative, but not exclusive of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds
• Must be able to read and understand written instructions
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents
