$65,000 "Historic" Church in Goldfield, NV (Goldfield)

Hall, Goldfield, NV 89013

(SEARCH LAS VEGAS CRAIGSLIST FOR PICS)
Ruins of historic Catholic church on 5 City lots. Someone in town got a grant to put historic plaques on everything..but it's not registered as a historic site with the state, so the owner may make any changes or alterations as desired

Electric, water, and sewer are to the property...but haven't been checked in a long time...before I owned it. Someone attempted to convert to housing in the 80s. The next 3 generations of Goldfield used it for storage. Cleaned out a lot...but still lots of treasures.

THERE ARE NO BUILDING CODES IN ESMERALDA COUNTY.

Lots of neat treasures in there. Place even has it's own treasure legend.

Historic Reconstruction Contractors take NOTE....the stone itself is from Rocklin and Ryolite.

$65,000 cash only. Will not owner finance. Buyer pays realtor if they need one. I do my own title work...but if you want to use Stewart title, you pay all costs.

I also carry the NOTE on the 5 lots next door (with manufactured home, fully fenced, and outbuildings). Willing to sell Note, and church together. 15 year note, 8% interest (147Kish). Both church and note $275000.

Can find more pics on google. Located on Hall Street between Franklin and Euclid. County is messing with addresses. Traditionally known as 310 and 360 Hall Street.

No Looky Loos. Not doing tours. Must show proof of funds before being shown property. Feel free to walk street around it though.
