Hey there, my name is Jon; I wanted to see if there are any local teams/companies that need a zero/low-cost member/intern/employee - possibly to grow with or for over the summer before fall semester begins at UNR (I'm a junior transferring to UNR). I'm trying to get any experience/direction with software/web development that I can. I was a contractor doing house inspections for 10 years before this then I began getting certified in programming 5 years ago. I'm constantly looking for new projects to work on, I have a 4kyu score on Codewars.com (intermediate so far in 3 core languages). I emphasize not using AI when I learn coding so I actually have skill and passion for learning/growth, Physics and Electrical engineering are areas I'm going to be emphasizing but anything works. My next projects for personal growth will be to learn C/C++ and SQL, just an fyi. I have also worked a lot with HTML/CSS, React.js and Node.js. Thank you.
