Carson City is difficult to find a good apartment to live on your own, "The Marlette" is a beautiful luxury apartment complex and I cannot afford a 1bed 1bath on my own so I am looking for someone to go half in with me on a 2 bed 2 bathroom apartment. I would like to move in on February 10th, and we would divide 40/50.

Cleaning party every week. (We simply dust and clean the area; these are typical adult tasks.) I simply ask that nighttime be comparatively peaceful because I get up and go to bed early. No smoking, no drugs, no prostitutes, etc. I must come from a law-abiding household because I work for the state!
