Terms: First month's rent, last month's rent and $300 refundable cleaning deposit for a total of $1,900 move-in cost. On the first month, I can pro-rate the rent in case you need to be in later than the first. For the last month's rent, I do not pro-rate: you have paid for the last month.
No's: no smoking, viping, or marijuana. No pets of any kind. No over night guests.
House located approx. 6 miles east of the town Fallon. I live on 3 acres and can accommodate your truck or RV. No garage but can use the car port.
