WHO IS THIS FOR?
Looking for an "Out-of-Town Commuter.". . . .Someone who needs clean, comfortable lodging for 3 to 4 days during the week and who travels back home on their days off. (This is the arrangement I've had in the past, and it's the one that works best for me and my particular circumstances)
AMENITIES:
• Kitchen includes updated appliances, cabinets, Corian countertops, and flooring.
• The shared bathroom (share w/1 female) includes updated flooring, spacious wall-mounted medicine cabinet and matching vanity with Corian counter top.
• Full size washer and dryer in the apartment (no more trips to a laundromat!)
• And, oh yeah: There's an updated air conditioner, furnace, and high-capacity water heater (you'll never have to worry about roommates using all the hot water!).
As you can see from the attached photos, the apartment is clean, modern, and well-kept. We are responsible and focused individuals looking for one more roommate the same.
HOW MUCH?
Rent is $530 per month, plus $30 for wi-fi and utilities; Combined total = $560 mo.
DEPOSIT:
$250.00 refundable deposit is required. (NOTE: Your deposit will be gladly refunded—in CASH—on final move-out day; just be sure to give a 30-day move-out notice, and remember to leave the bedroom and bathroom in clean, ready-to-rent condition :-)
