$800 Private Room for Rent – $800 a month with utilities (South Reno)

The house is shared equally and includes a very comfortable living room in front of the room, a well-equipped kitchen. It’s a relaxed, respectful home where shared spaces are cared for by everyone.
Your private room is really nice, located on the second floor, fully furnished, and includes:
Walk-in closet
Queen-size bed
Nightstand and lamp
New pillows and bed cover
Mini fridge with freezer
Rent is $800 per month and includes utilities.
Move-in funds:
Security deposit: $600
First month’s rent: $800
Plus a prorated amount if you move in after the 1st of the month
Example: If you move in on January 15, you would pay approximately half a month’s rent ($400) in addition to the $1,400 deposit and the first month.
Total move-in is approximately $1,400 plus the prorated period.
No pets. No couples. No smoking. No drinking. No partying.
The household is currently shared with mature adults. Gender is not a preference. I’m looking for a working professional who is financially stable, considerate, responsible, and a good communicator.
