I have a three bedroom apartment and one of the bedrooms is for rent. Hi there, my name is Steve I live at Creekside Apartments in Reno Nevada. It’s a really nice complex very well kept up. I have a three bedroom apartment and there is one bedroom available. The bedroom has lamps, too small dorm, refrigerators, a desk, a chair, a bed, and a few other things that you’re welcome to use in there. There is a cable hook up. The room is really nice and cozy.
I have everything needed for the kitchen so you don’t have to bring anything. The living room is set up as well. It’s a pet free/ smoke free apartment.
I’m asking that there be no drugs and no drinking and if you do, I would prefer to have it be a light drinker. This is a really quiet complex. We have security that comes through at night in the parking lot and there’s plenty of parking on site close to the apartment.
All I ask, is that you pick up after yourself, take the garbage to the dumpster and occasionally we will need to clean up a little extra here and there. It’s a very chill lifestyle here. It’s me and my girlfriend and roommate. We are quiet.
The room is ready for move-in 8/1/26 and the carpets are cleaned. I have great neighbors. All of them are pretty chill quiet and friendly and there are no kids above us or to the immediate side of us. It is a downstairs apartment.
The maintenance team here is excellent. Very good at what they do and extremely knowledgeable. They get stuff done usually with a 48 hour timeline. I have lived here for quite some time and I really enjoy it. We do have a pool available in the summertime.
I have a great AC unit that just got replaced a few years ago so it works really well and the heater works great as well. The rent of $750, covers all the utilities, internet, renters insurance and more.
I Live about a three minute drive away from a grocery store 7-Eleven CVS drugstore beautiful park, Mexican restaurant, a sub shop, hardware store, Chinese restaurant and more. To walk to the nearest bus stops takes about 12 minutes. It’s very convenient to where I live. Also, Meadowwood Mall is about a 10 minute drive and there is a Wells Fargo and US Bank right across the street from the mall. There is a small storage unit on the deck. It just needs to be cleaned out and you’re welcome to use that.
Again, the rent is $750 a month. The rent is due on the first of each month. POWER AND INTERNET and other items INCLUDED IN THE RENT!

Also, you do need to pass a background check with the apartment complex office and they charge $50 for the application fee.
