I am looking for possibly a senior citizen or a Vet that may be looking for a room in a large 2800sqft home with full house privileges, but prices are too high in the housing market for you. In exchange, you would provide companionship for my father that suffers from early stage dementia and must have 24/7 supervision. You are not expected to be available 24/7. I have a professional care service that provides care 8am to 5pm 7 days a week and other days if you wish to travel etc. You would need to be available evenings to make sure my father remains in good care.
In exchange, you will receive room/board, food and possibly a wage depending on what you are willing to provide. The home sits on 10 acres in Spanish Springs and is completely furnished. Any candidate will be subject to a thorough background check.
