Experienced STR manager looking for clients (Reno)

I have been in the Vacation Rental industry for 10 years and have mastered every part of the business. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed working for my past employers (all 200+ home managers in Tahoe/Truckee), but I am venturing out on my own as a Property Manager here in Reno, I am looking for a client or two currently operating their own STR and finding they need a little support. I am familiar with Airbnb, VRBO, Homeaway, and Chanel Managers like OwnerRes, Streamline, Guesty, etc. I’d love to connect with any owners that may need support building a successful STR with professional direction but without management commission pulling from every booking.
I’ve done property outfitting and staging, property launch on OTA sites, Chanel Manager set up, Rate analysis and projections, property inspections, maintenance coordination, tax filings with local county TOT programs, permit applications, and much much more!
