For sale is our 2018 Keystone Avalanche 320RS that we purchased from the original owner. Senior owned since new. Clean Title in hand. We have all the owners manuals and literature. It is in very good condition. Almost perfect inside. Looks very good outside and everything operates great. As you can see in the pictures, the RV is very clean. The Avalanche is a high end RV in the same class as the Keystone Montana or Keystone Alpine. The large refrigerator that operates on gas or electric is perfect for travel. I put in dual batteries for extended dry camping and is equipped with the four season package for freezing temperatures. I bought brand new tires for it in 2023. The DOT on the tires is 2023. The outside is very nice but the biggest blemish is that the power awning fabric needs to be replaced. The awning works perfect, is still very functional but my wife and I seldom used the awning so we never replaced it. We discounted the price to compensate for new installed awning fabric although it works perfectly fine the way it is. Inside the RV is almost perfect. The RV is loaded and has too much to list so I will include as much as I can in the pictures. Must see to appreciate. Asking $37,400
