Perfect for hunting, vacations, travel or live in while you build your dream home. This is a 1999 Aerbus by Rexhall. It is owned by a mechanic and is very well maintained. It is 35.5' long with two very deep slides. One for the living area and one for the bedroom/dressing area. It sleeps 5 with a walk around queen bed in the private bedroom. It has a 16' awning and awnings on each slide with shades for those windows. The engine is a Ford Triton V-10 with a Banks kit adding approximately 40 more horse power and an automatic transmission. The generator is a 5500 Onan which will charge the house and/or the chassis batteries and give you 120 volts for the house. It has two air conditioners on the roof which run off of that generator and will cool the coach in very hot conditions. It is set up to tow a vehicle and has a rear camera with speaker. The leveling system is hydraulic and is automatic. It is totally SELF CONTAINED with a micro wave, a dometic refrigerator, stove, oven, TV and an auto-retractable entry step. The bathroom has a sink, toilet and a shower. JUST RECENTLY REDUCED. Call Buddy at 775-745-3768.
