I am a construction worker 'traveling' to Reno for work at the end of April. I am looking for a weekly or month to month furnished studio or room (really just need somewhere to sleep, do laundry, and to put my clothes). I would prefer in unit (or in home if it is a room rental) laundry because my work schedule will make going to a coin op place difficult. I also need nearby parking and cooking facilities or kitchen privileges. I will be working long hours and would not be around much. I do not drink or do drugs. I own my own home in the state I live in so I do not have recent rental history. My credit is meh because work is very slow where I live hence why I am traveling to another state for work. I am anticipating working in the area for 4 to 6 months with some weekend trips to my home state.
