My brother and I are looking for a rental where he can have his dog, a well behaved and trained lab. He has had him for 6 years. Preferably a 2 bedroom but we can share a 1 bedroom. During the last snow storm he was shoveling snow and tripped and ended up with a complex hand laceration so he is on rest from work while he completes physical therapy.
I work full time locally here in Carson, neither of us drink or do drugs or have a lot of guests etc. I create music and he also works locally but is on medical leave. His credit is likely higher than mine around 640 if you care about credit but I have the ability to pay for a private rental or a shared rental depending on space and cost. I am 22 and he is 21, we are simple, respectful and just looking for a safe space with a small yard if possible.
