Hello, I am a single, professional working male, looking for a clean, quiet space or room for rent! Mother in law quarters. an RV in the driveway, spare bedroom, anything like this is also acceptable! I work full-time and I am a non-smoker, respectful, reserved, very clean and quiet!! I can afford no more than $500/ month. Cannot afford first and last or deposit, so please dont ask! Perhaps, if its absolutely necessary, we can arrange some sort of agreement where I could feasibly pay a couple hundred, over the course of several pay-periods as I do not have the money upfront!
