Hello! My name is Jonathon and in the near future I will be moving to either Reno/Sparks or Carsen City, Nevada from Boise, Idaho. I have a settlement that I'm waiting on the judge to approve and with it I'll be able to afford the trip. I am 41 at the moment. Capable of passing a federal background check. I have a remote, work from home job. I like to be in bed by 10 and usually up around 6am. I enjoy a single cup of coffee each morning while walking my 6 year old dog Captain. He is well behaved and house trained. Also a Certified Service Animal. I can provide the certificate if requested. He has been attacked by a lot of dogs and basically it has become a 50/50% if he'll get along with other dogs or not. 98% of the dogs smaller than him is a green light. He's 60lbs and hes an Australian Shepherd with 1/16 blue healer.

I don't smoke or drink. I dont really watch tv or listen to music. I'm drama free, I think at least. I live a simple life and typically stay to myself and my dog.

I dont care if you're male or female, straight or gay. As long as you're respectful and quiet when its bedtime and while I work.

Most likely will be a year long agreement if you're wanting some stability. Unless for some reason we don't click, which I'm capable of figuring it out.

I prefer to stay under $800 but if utilities are included then I'll accept that. Willing to do things to help keep rent down.
