Hello, single male here looking for a room for rent or roommates. I’m looking to move in by the first week of March. I would be the only person occupying the unit. I have no criminal record and great credit history. I am currently working 10 hour days 6 days a week. I prefer to reside in a nonsmoking, no cats or dogs environment and have private bathroom.
