We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and dependable Advanced Excel Clerk to join our Operations Support Department in Reno, NV. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, advanced Excel knowledge, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities
• Prepare and maintain daily spreadsheets and reports
• Utilize advanced Excel functions including formulas, macros, and data analysis tools
• Work collaboratively with support staff and other departments
• Research and resolve discrepancies accurately and efficiently
• Assist with special projects and additional administrative duties
• Prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining a high level of accuracy
• Be available for occasional on-call or after-hours support
• Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Demonstrated proficiency in Advanced Excel
• Experience with formulas, macros, and spreadsheet management
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• AI proficient
• Ability to multitask and work independently in an office setting
