This item has only been used one time and has lived in its original box continuously .
The hard case serves to hold the unit in operation as the photos show.
It Puts out lots of hot water.
It is advisable for two people to use the shower, ONE to tend the heater and ONE to take a shower. This is to keep everyone safe from the hot water.
