$300/month savings! Take over our lease at Basecamp at the Reno Experience District. Really nice apartment complex with awesome amenities. Very Pet friendly apartment complex. This is the B4 floor plan, with 802 sq feet 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Washer and dryer are in the apartment. We have lived here for 2 years and it has been great, we are just planning to move out of state. There is a year round hot tub, with a 17ft tv screen, and a really well stocked gym. I have been able to get away with not having a gym membership because the one here is so good. One parking space in the secure lot, and plenty of parking in a nearby lot. This is an unfurnished unit.

Our lease is for $2015/month and is up on 9/12/2026 with the option to renew at that point. Of course I can't guarantee that they won't raise rent in 1 year, but so far they haven't raised rent on us when we have renewed.

These floor plans are starting at $2335 currently, so you would be saving $320 per month on the going rate. Also, the electric (about $50/month) and other utility bills (Gas, water, internet, etc.) are extremely low, we pay around $2200/month with everything included.
