The unit is a 4x4 and the other three girls are clean, quiet, and overall great roommates. The apartment features an in-unit washer/dryer, private locking room with ensuite bathroom, and is fully furnished. I also have a spot in the parking garage.
Cost including rent and parking is $859, and utilities vary between $10-20 per month. The earliest avaliability is December 19th, with rent+utilities paid through December.
