My wife is taking a job in Reno, so we are going to move our RV, a 34 2021 Outback 3 slides to the area. We've found a park or two, but I was curious if someone needed to be in California around the west slope. We're about 25 minutes from hwy 50 at 4000 ft. I have a 32 acre place with an rv pd and AC no sewer. We use a tank and take it to a dump station ever 3 months or so. There is a septic, but I'd have to put in a sewer pump and run the waste line. There is internet through a nighthawk or ATT tower about 2000' away. you can see it. I do have another rv space with full hookups. It's a mile from the other place.

I'm looking for a RV spot with hookups also. Swapping places might work for you if work in Cal and need to escape the snow over the passes. We are in our mid 60s, I'm a general building contractor. I have an excavator, tractor, dump trailer and commercial portable sawmill. Winter, I don't work as much, but we will be in California three or four days a week. I'm kind of looking to get out of California, so I might be prospecting that effort there, who knows.
We have two small Griffonshires two y.o.
