This is a good running little log splitter. Has worked well over the years. It starts on the first or second pull every time and splits most everything I have thrown at it. Only the most knotted hardwood does it struggle with. Straight grain wood it splits all day long. It appears to be a home made unit, with a heavy duty I beam and is powered by a predator engine. It has a 16" of travel. The only issue I have with it, is the ram will creep forward slowly on its own. Its not intended to be pulled on the highway, so bring a trailer or pickup truck.
