Offered is one Bauer 10 Amp 1/18" SDS-Plus Variable Speed Rotary Hammer with anti-vibration technology which delivers more power to the bit and less to the handle for fast, precise drilling with less user fatigue. Dual controls give you options to hammer, drill, or hammer with rotation. Variable control adjusts drill speed for work in a variety of materials. The quick-change SDS-Plus bit system holds chisel bits securely.

**Comes with a 3/4" x 9-3/4" masonry flat chisel with shank that locks the chisel in place, and is designed to power through stone, brick, concrete, and tile. Constructed from heat-treated HRC 50-grade steel.
