I'm selling my fully operational, 120 volt, 12 inch lathe that I've owned and used for about 10 years. It's a 1979 model and heavy duty. I'm selling because I moved a few years ago and this is too big for my new space. The knob for the cabinet is missing the inside piece that holds it closed but the door does not open when running. The plunger assembly that locks the indexing wheel from turning when switching out components is missing (shown in picture). I use a large screwdriver to hold the wheel in place but a bolt that fits the threaded hole for the missing part would also work. The tailstock could also use a good cleaning and lubrication, but its operational.
The motor does not appear original. It works great.
The 12" tool rest is included.
I've recently seen these on eBay and other sites for around $1,000. Fully restored they go for much more. I'd consider a serious offer, but I'm not interested in lowballs.
