Circa 1940s. I have known this machine most of my life. My dad got this Shopsmith from my grandfather in the late 1950s, and I remember it being "old" then. I have used it mostly as a table saw, but also as a wood lathe. Still runs, a little noisy. Probably needs grease. Has been sitting idle for the past 20 years or so, since I used it on a flooring job, to cut floor planks.
Comes with a box of attachments / tools (all old and original). Several lathe chisels, Rip and Crosscut guides, Drill chuck, Circular sanding disc, etc. Very heavy. I can help you load it, but you must haul it.
