A residential construction company building quality homes in Plumas County, Truckee/ Tahoe and Reno areas, is seeking a skilled and reliable Experienced Carpenter to join our team.
We specialize in custom residential projects including framing, finish work, remodeling, and high-quality home builds. We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running, take pride in precise craftsmanship, and contribute to delivering exceptional results for our clients.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a carpenter in residential construction (framing, trim, finish carpentry, remodeling, etc. – minimum 4–5+ years preferred)
Must have your own full set of necessary hand and power tools for carpentry work (saw, drills, levels, nail guns, etc.)
Must have reliable 4x4 transportation to get to job sites (many are in rural/mountain areas with variable road conditions)
Ability to read blueprints/plans, measure accurately, and work independently or with a small crew
Strong attention to detail, safety-conscious mindset, and good problem-solving skills
Physical ability to handle the demands of the job (lifting, standing, working at heights, etc.)
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
