THE ROLE:
We're hiring experienced Journeyman Plumbers for commercial construction projects. You'll work alongside a skilled crew, help guide field operations, and bring your expertise to projects that make a real impact in our community. This isn't a revolving-door job — it's a career with a company that rewards loyalty and skill.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
* Install, maintain, and troubleshoot plumbing systems on commercial construction job sites
* Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
* Coordinate with general contractors, inspectors, and project managers
* Mentor and provide field direction to apprentices and helpers
* Ensure all work meets code requirements and quality standards
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
* Journeyman Plumber license (or equivalent documented experience in commercial construction plumbing)
* Proven experience in commercial construction plumbing — ground-up, tenant improvement, or similar
* Ability to lead and communicate effectively in a fast-paced job site environment
* Valid driver's license with a clean 7-year DMV record
* Clean background check
* Professional appearance and strong work ethic
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
We pay hourly because we believe in rewarding quality work — not cutting corners.
* Competitive hourly wage (commensurate with experience)

* Paid vacation: 40 hours @ year one, additional time accrued annually — up to 4 weeks annually
