Off-grid capability: ELECTRICAL: Two 280watt solar panels mounted on back end of the house(tilts to 45 degree angle) connected to a Samlex Power 4000 watt pure sine wave inverter with solar charger controllers to monitor levels. Four 12v 120ah batteries(560watts incoming from solar, 480ah total)
WATER: 31 gallon water tank installed under raised floor section in the center of trailer above the axles, connected to a Shureflow RV water pump.
STORAGE: sleeping loft, secondary loft, under raised floor section, under sofa area, bookshelf, sauna doubles as a closet when not in use
INSULATION: Floor R29 value. 50% rigid foam 50% recycled paper insulation
Ceiling R55 value. Commercial grade rigid foam
Walls: R14.3 value. Reflectix and pink fiberglass rolls
Underside of trailer covered with lightweight corrugated metal sheeting for protection against pests and road debris
