About the Role
We are hiring a dependable Class C Non-CDL Box Truck Driver for mixed local and regional work. The position offers a fixed annual salary, stable year-round work, and occasional over-the-road trips where hotel accommodations and per diem are provided.
This role involves physically demanding work, including lifting 300+ lbs with equipment or team assistance, so applicants must be comfortable with heavy materials handling.
Key Responsibilities
Safely operate a Class C box truck for local deliveries, pickups, and regional assignments
Load and unload items, frequently requiring 300+ lb lifts with proper equipment
Complete overnight routes as needed (typically 1–2 nights per week)
Use dispatch tools and maintain communication with operations staff
Maintain vehicle condition, perform pre/post-trip inspections, and report issues
Ensure accurate records and delivery documentation
Represent the company professionally with customers and business partners
Requirements
Valid Class C driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record
Ability to safely lift 300+ lbs (with equipment/team lift)
Prior box truck or commercial driving experience preferred
Willingness to travel overnight when required
Strong reliability, communication, and problem-solving skills
Must pass background check and drug screening
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
