This ideally located Carnelian Bay cabin is perfect for the whole family and only a half-mile from the beach! Enjoy 3 private bedrooms, 2 baths and gorgeous front & back decks surrounded by beautiful foliage. Main floor includes open living, dining & kitchen area with cozy wood-burning fireplace, large dining table (doubles as a pool table), nice open kitchen with bar seating perfect for hanging out with the family while cooking. There is one bedroom and bathroom downstairs and 2 bedrooms/1 bathroom upstairs. The home sleeps 6-8 comfortably. The roads and driveway are flat and easy to access in all weather conditions.

Tucked quietly among fragrant cedars, this A-frame chalet is only minutes away from quintessential North Lake Tahoe's best ski resorts (15 to 20 minutes by car) and the beach (15 minute walk)! Some of our favorite neighborhood attractions are Gar Woods, CB's pizza, Watermans Landing, The Old Post Office Cafe, and there is a Safeway and 7-11 conveniently located for quick/easy groceries.

$3,750/month for Jan 3- end of March or April. Tenants pays electric, gas, snow plow and hot tub fees. Cable TV, Wifi, garbage and water included.

No pets, whatsoever.

Parking for 3-4 vehicles in the paved, flat driveway. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
AWD/4WD vehicles are strongly advised during the winter months.

Must keep the house cleaner coming 1x month minimum or as often as you’d like. $200/visit.

Security deposit is equal to One Month’s Rent.

*This home is not available for use as a primary residence or for full-time occupancy. We are looking for a traditional ski lease group who would ONLY be using the home as a secondary residence to ski.
