Please read my ad carefully so you understand exactly what it is that I’m looking for. I’m only interested in talking to you if you personally own a piece of land that fits my needs. Brokers, “finders”, and other time-wasters need not reply or even read any further.
I’m a private buyer looking for a piece of property in Nevada (NOT interested in anything in California at any price), within a couple hours of the Reno/Carson metro area. Looking for something close to a maintained road (paved or rock/gravel), reasonably close to a main highway, that does not require a 4x4 to access in the dry months, with power close by. I’m a local Nevada resident. I see these parcels occasionally, so I know they’re still out there. Most of the large plots of land in Nevada are largely useless and unusable in areas with little or no infrastructure - that is NOT what I’m looking for. I’m looking for a piece of land that is far enough outside of town where it is still quiet and remote, yet is still close enough to utilities and road access where it could actually be used and built on with some effort.
Large acreage (20+) preferred, but certainly willing to consider a smaller property if it’s in a good location and has good access and utilities close by, and the price is right.
