does discount tire ever pay a damage claim?
they damage alot of cars with their fast food type car and tire service via techs that dont know how to lift modern cars. they sometimes destroy the front end, suspension, and or steering parts, (via portable jacks on non approved jacking points in/on the front end, suspension or steering parts) and dont know how to deal with modern rims and wheels.
they say dont call us, we will call you, and shuffle you off from department to department forever and hope you go away.
they did 2k damage to the front end of my new car, they never took care of it.. ecept to say after 24 months of screwing me around, "the statue of limitations is up so you now have no claim"
