Water tight, has some wear, but selling it for cheap.
Needs some TLC, paint it make it look like New.
The shocks work and it opens smooth.
Don’t have the key to lock it, but you can buy a new one at an REI or something like that. Has some latches on it that don’t work that great, but can easily be switched out
